Mark Penzak:  This performance was a tremendous opportunity to work with two talented artists, learn new things - and play with a few old ones too. Adapting The Conference of the Birds was engaging but difficult as the book is built on a series of interlocking poems not intended to stand alone. If you get the chance, read the poem - I found it fascinating and beautiful. Similarly, discovering Jung knocked my socks off! What an complex mix of intellect and mysticism, science and spirit. Reading Jung changed the way I see the world.....And really, is anything more enriching than that?

Thank You

We've been helped by many people who gave their time, support, expertise and art.

Sarah Kriegler & Jacob Williams from Lemony S Puppet Theatre - the festival organisers who’ve handled the festival with constant kindness, coolness, enthusiasm, talent and hard work.

The Crew at Motley Warehaus who helped us with a rehearsal space and fitting our show into Vault 5.

Thank you to Stuart Vaskass who loaned us his funky birdbath.
To Eliza-Jane Gilchrist for her cardboard lantern and 'church'.
To Tony De Groot for helping with the set.

To Nick Papas, Lilly Fish, Claire Williams and Lachlan Plane who attended rehearsals and gave such valuable feedback.

It’s cliché but true, we couldn't have done it without you.

Thank you.
