'What a fabulous show!
Mark was brilliant - great use of voice and face. Interesting story line. Send him back to Lota anytime.'

Mark's afraid of the dark. He never sleeps without a light. One night through after being dared by his sister, he switches it off and three Monsters sneak from his wardrobe and steal his favourite toys. Worse, they've taken his night-light too.

In desperation, Mark follows them into his wardrobe where he's zapped into fantastic worlds, spooky forests, a
dangerous electrical cave and even the middle of a black hole.

Finally when Mark confronts the Monsters and discovers something surprising. When you put yourself in the place of others, the ‘Monsters’ you fear aren’t monsters at all.

'It is refreshing to see shows like Monsters in My Wardrobe and artists like Mark Penzak. Often comedy
shows for kids are simply adult material knocked down to a G-rating without an appreciation for the fact that kids aren’t just miniature adults     -they often have a different way of looking at life and a different appreciation of performance. And that’s exactly where Penzak has succeeded;  he has crafted a
show that taps into the psyche of a young kid.'
